Types of Third Party Inspections

1. Initial Production Check (IPC)

2. During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
When production is 20% to 50% complete, an inspector checks the first batch off the assembly line. If there is a recurring defect (like a misaligned logo or incorrect dye color), it is caught early enough to be corrected without destroying the entire order.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
The most common inspection. Conducted when production is 100% complete and at least 80% packed into cartons. We use international AQL standards to pull random samples and check for visual defects, functionality, and correct packaging.
4. Container Loading Supervision (CLS)
Our inspector oversees the final loading of the goods into the shipping container. They verify the container is clean, secure, and that the correct quantity of cartons is loaded to prevent theft or damage during ocean transit.
