Additionally, any product designed for children under 12 must comply with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations, requiring specific lab tests for lead paint and phthalates, resulting in a Children's Product Certificate (CPC).
2. The European Union: CE Marking and REACH
For electronics, toys, and medical devices entering the EU, the products must bear the CE Mark, proving they meet health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Furthermore, the REACH regulation mandates strict lab testing to ensure apparel and consumer goods do not contain harmful chemical substances (like azo dyes).
How We Handle Lab Testing in India

During the production process, our inspectors physically pull random samples from the assembly line. We then send these samples to internationally accredited, third-party laboratories (such as Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or SGS facilities located in India).
